保尔康颗粒剂对抗肿瘤药物增效减毒作用的研究

摘　　要：目的观察保尔康颗粒剂对抗肿瘤药物的增效和减毒作用。方法保尔康颗粒剂合并丝裂霉素C(MMC)对荷瘤小鼠的生命延长率的影响;保尔康颗粒剂合并环磷酰胺(CTX)对荷瘤小鼠胸腺指数、脾指数及血常规的影响。结果保尔康颗粒剂与大剂量化疗药物MMC合用,可延长荷瘤小鼠的生命,比单纯对照组生命延长104%,比MMC组延长26%;该药与CTX合用可使荷瘤小鼠的胸腺指数明显增加(P<0.01),有提高白细胞的作用(P<0.05)。结论保尔康颗粒剂具有增加大剂量抗肿瘤药物疗效的作用,并能减轻抗肿瘤药物所致的白细胞下降、免疫功能降低等毒副作用。Objective To observe Baoerkang granule＇s increased effect and doxicity-reduced effects on anti-tumor drugs. Methods The effect of Baoerkang granule combined with MMC on life extension rate in mice, and Baoerkang granule plus CTX on thymus gland index, spleen index and blood routine in mice with injection of tumor cells. Results Baoerkang granule plus MMC could extend the life of mice with injection of tumor cell were analysed. It can extend life reached 104 % longer than simple control group and 26 % longer than MMC group; this glanude plus CTX could obviously increase the thymus gland index of mice with injection of tumor cells （P〈0.01）. it aiso showed the function of increasing white blood cell （WBC） （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Baoerkang granule has the synergic effect on many anti-tumor drugs, meanwhile, it can alleviate the toxic-side effects such as WBC decrease and immunity decrease caused by the anti-tumor drugs.
