摘　　要：通过分析我国科技期刊的网络化进程,指出了集中式上网与分散式上网2种方式的利弊。认为国家精品科技期刊数据库的建设应该在国家层面统筹规划和支持下,采取集中与分散相结合的方式,并提出了精品科技期刊数据库的设计框架和运行模式。On the bases of analyzing the networking trend of China＇s scientific journals, this paper illustrates the advantages and disadvantages of concentrated and separate networking modes. It shows that the construction of the high quality scientific journal database should be programmed and supported from the national level, and integrated with the concentration and separate modes. Moreover, it brings forwards the design frame and operation mode of the database.
