高校学报全面信息化存在的问题

摘　　要：随着高校网络建设的推进,高校学报进入全面信息化阶段。分析学报编辑人员、硬件和软件的现状。认为存在信息化推动主体错位、信息化模式偏差、信息化阶段不清等问题。提出了落实省级学报联合会(研究会)的信息化主体和合理界定现阶段信息化任务的建议。Along with the advancement of the university network construction, the journals entered the comprehensive information stage. The paper analyzes the present situation of journal editors, the hardware and the software, holds that the impetus main body for information is dislocated, the information pattern is deviated, the information stage is unclear. It proposes that the provincial journal federation （association） should be the information main body and the tasks in various stages should be clearly defined.
