摘 要:随着我国政府各有关部门和专业人员对水土流失问题及水资源问题的日益关注,流域水土保持综合治理对下游水资源的影响已成为当前解决流域水资源供需矛盾问题的重中之重。本文在径流小区域尺度和流域尺度上,分别对我国近几十年来在水土保持单项措施对水资源的影响以及流域综合治理的减水效益方面的主要研究成果进行了综合分析,对各重点治理大流域的减水效益进行了对比分析。最后,阐述了目前该研究中存在的问题,并提出今后的主要研究方向。In recent years, with more and more officials and professionals paying attention to the problems such as soil erosion and water loss, the exquisite contradiction between water supply and demand, whether soil and water conservation measures on upper regions would have effect on the amount of water resources of the lower reaches is a scientific issue to be discussed and probed into urgently. Primary achievements of effects of individual soil and water conservation measures on water resources as well as benefits of runoff reduction of watershed management in China have been reviewed and analyzed synthetically on the runoff plots scale and whole watershed scale respectively, and the benefits of runoff reduction of some large watershed have been analyzed and compared with each other . Some existing problems in this research field at pre- sent have been expounded and prospect is put forward at last.
