摘　　要：探讨校对人员在电子化编辑校对过程中如何以一种有效的机制进行协调,研究运用CuteFtp软件协助编辑部建立校对协调管理机制。使用该方法可提高校对工作的速度和质量。The paper explores in which way the editors in the editorial office should communicate with each other in the process of proofreading and researches on how to set up the coordination management system in the process of proofreading based on CuteFtp. Employing this new method can enhance the speed and quality of proofreading.
