高校学报编辑对研究生作者的指导及其意义

摘　　要：大量以研究生为第一作者的稿件涌进高校学报。高校学报编辑面对面地指导研究生修改稿件,是提高研究生论文水平的重要措施。面对面指导有助于培养研究生具有严谨的科学态度、创新能力、驾驭文字的能力,帮助他们学习国家标准和编辑常识。在进行面对面指导时应注意:加强审稿工作,缩短出版周期;面谈前编辑必须做好充分准备;创造条件开展对研究生的集体指导;不断提高编辑的综合素质。Plenty of manuscripts written by graduate student authors are submitted to university journals. Face-to-face guidance of university journal editors to graduate student authors is an important way to improve the quality of their papers. Face-to-face guidance can help graduate students have precise attitude to science, innovative ability, and excellent language ability, and learn the national standards and general knowledge about editing. The followings are helpful to the faceto-face guidance： strengthen the peer-review process and shorten the publication period, make good preparation before the face-to-face guidance, carry out collective guidance, and endlessly improve the integrated abilities of the editors.
