国内外生物医学期刊稿件中医学伦理学意识比较

摘　　要：为了了解近年来我国与西方国家生物医学期刊在医学伦理学方面的意识是否有改善,选取2004和2005年出版的12种国外影响因子大于3的SCI收录期刊与11种中国科学引文数据库(CSCD)核心库收录期刊中刊登的论著进行比较。结果显示,国外医学期刊无论在获得伦理委员会批准还是受试者知情同意方面均好于国内医学期刊,而国内一些医学期刊几乎无医学伦理学意识。认为我国医学期刊应从提高编辑人员素质,重视医学伦理学的宣传教育,不同的稿件应区别对待,完善稿件中的知情同意以及其他医学伦理学问题等几个方面入手,积极改善缺乏医学伦理学意识的现状。To understand whether the medical ethics in the papers of biomedical journals at home and abroad has been improved, the authors analyzed the original papers involved human science researches in 12 SCI cited journals which the impact factor （IF） was over 3 and 11 Chinese Science Citation Database （CSCD） cited journals. The results were that the ethics consciousness of medical journals in west countries was better than that in China, and a number of Chinese medical journals almost didn＇t have ethics consciousness. The authors suggest that the Chinese biomedical journals should take some measures to improve medical ethics consciousness. Firstly, the quality of editors in Chinese medical journals should be improved. Secondly, medical ethics knowledge should be communicated and educated. Thirdly, the different papers should be treated with different ways. Fourthly, the description of informed consent should be perfected. Lastly, editors should pay attention to other medical ethics in the paper, such as some details about the medical ethics execution of the research proiect.
