摘　　要：网上审稿是我国科技期刊专家审稿制度发展的必然趋势。专家网上审稿前责任编辑的职责主要是初审稿件,协助作者对稿件的电子文本做规范化处理和选择恰当的审稿人;专家审稿后责任编辑的职责主要是拟定具体的修改意见并回复作者,确保原稿以及审稿人和审稿单信息入库等。The reviewing manuscript based Internet is an inevitable developing trend of review manuscript model for Chinese sci-tech periodicals. Before submitting a manuscript to reviewers, the main duties of responsible editor are to examinee manuscript preliminarily, help authors to standardize the electronic text of manuscript, and then choose suitable reviewers. After reviewers finish reviewing, responsible editor should draw up concrete amendments on manuscript and feedback them to authors without delay. Besides, some valuable information on manuscripts and reviewers should ensure to be put into corresponding database.
