双波长标准加入法在荧光分析中的应用——同时测定α-萘酚和β-萘酚

摘　　要：将双波长标准加入法应用于荧光分析,测定了混合物中α-茶酚和β-萘酚。结果表明,α-茶酚和β-薯酚的浓度比在40:1～1:20范围内,利用该法能够同时测定两种物质的浓度,其结果的准确度和精密度都令人满意。The H-piont standard additions method was applied in fluorimetry for determining simultaneously α-Naphthol and β-Naphthol in the mixed sample. The results showed that α-Naphthol and β-Naphthol could be determined simultaneously when the concentration ratio of α-Naphthol to β-Naphthol in the mixed sample very from 40 : 1 to 1 : 20. The accuracy and precision of the results are all satisfactory.
