摘 要:文中从可燃混合物爆炸的水雾抑制出发,设计了两种量级水爆炸抛撒成雾装置,采用高速录像记录水爆炸抛撒成雾的全过程。通过对水爆炸抛撒成雾过程的研究,把水滴群看成为与气体相互渗透的拟流体,运用双流体两相流模型对水爆炸成雾的多相流动过程进行数值研究,数值计算结果与实验所得到的结论相吻合。该模型揭示了水爆炸抛撒形成水雾的物理现象和规律,可以用来描述水雾区内物理量的分布与变化情况。Starting from the suppression of explosion by water spray, two kinds of the explosively dispersed devices were designed in this paper. The records of the process of water dispersion were taken by the high-speed video. In macro-seale of time and space, the dispersed drops phase is assumed to behave as continuous medium, which is termed pseudo-fluid. Based on this concept, the two-fluid model is used to simulate the explosive dispersion process of water. Computation results are good agreement with the experiments. The law of the dispersion process is revealed, and it in- dicates that the parameters of water dispersion can be well predicted by this model.
