白网纹草组织培养快繁研究

摘　　要：以白网纹草的带芽茎段为外植体,将其接种在附加不同浓度激素的MS培养基上。试验结果表明:最佳启动培养基为MS+6-BA0.5 mg/L+IBA0.2 mg/L,最佳增值培养基为MS+6-BA0.2 mg/L+IBA0.1mg/L,生根的适宜培养基为1/2MS+NAA0.2 mg/L,同时还发现将生根培养基中的蔗糖换成白砂糖,对生根效果影响不大。We took the bud - growing twig sections of Fittonia verchaffeltii var. argyroneura as explants to plant into Culture media with various densities. The experiments showed that the optimum initiating culture medium was MS ＋ 6 - BAO. 5mg/1 ＋ IBAO. 2mg/1,the optimum increment culture medium was MS ＋ 6 - BA0. 2mg/1 ＋ IBA0. 1mg/1, and the optimum culture medium for radication was MS ＋6 - BA0. 5mg/1 ＋ IBA0. 2mg/; meanwhile, we found that if the cane sugar in the culture medium was changed into white granulated sugar, the effect on the rootage was not great.
