摘　　要：分析企业在进行船舶贸易时所面临的各种风险,重点分析出口信贷风险的构成,指出为避免风险而应该采取的措施,以实例说明采取恰当的贸易形式的重要性。Various kinds of possible risks and loss to which the enterprises has to faced during purchasing vessels and facilities with foreign capital or foreign loans process are discussed. The paper also puts forward some prevention suggestions to avoid the risks or loss, and points out the importance of trade form with a practical example.
