摘　　要：目的探讨保持头低脚高位,并对于胎膜早破孕妇的安全性。方法对138例胎膜早破孕妇,均尝试3种不同方式的头低脚高卧位并对患者进行同一内容的问卷调查,对结果进行统计分析。结果改良式头低脚高位安全性、舒适度显著优于其他体位。结论改良式头低脚高位最符合胎膜早破孕妇的卧位需求,值得推广。Objective To study the safty when using special position for pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes, Methods Applying 3 different positions for 138 pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes, and then investigated them by questionnaire, sunmaarized and analyzed the datum from the investigation, Results The comfortable degree of improved positon was significant better than that of other positions＇, Conclusion The imoroved positon can meet the need of pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes.
