摘  要:目的研制一种防回雾、可固定、口鼻两用超声雾化吸入多功能喉嘴。方法在喉嘴腔内增设防回雾单向活瓣,在喉嘴外壁上套置固定件,将喷雾口制成浅“U”型。结果口含吸入48例均无回雾现象;经鼻孔吸入54例辅助治疗鼻道炎症,均无漏雾现象;将喉嘴固定在虚弱或上肢瘫痪等患者口上口含吸入36例,均不需医务人员握持喉嘴协助患者吸入。结论与扁嘴型喉嘴相比,本喉嘴具有防回雾、口鼻两用、可固定及可活动装配等优点,使用范围宽,方便灵活,实用性强,值得推广。Objective To design a kind of muhifunctional ultrasonic atomization inhalation nozzle. Methods A unilateral valve was added in the nozzle to prevent return mist. A fastness part was fixed on the ektexinc of nozzle. The spray orifice was made as shallow "U". Results No converse return mist phenomena were existed for 48, cases of koeping nozzle in mouth. No leaching mist phenomena appeared in 54 cases of nostril inhalation to asistant cure nasal canal inflammation. After fixed the nozzle in the mouth of weak or upper limbs paralysis sufferers, the medical workers held the nozzle to help the sufferers to inhale were needless in 36 cases. Conclusion Compared with the existing nozzle, the new nozzle has much more functions. It was antireturn mist, amphibious for mouth and nose, fixable and moveable assembly. The nozzle was used convenient in wide areas with strong practicability and worth popularizing.
