摘　　要：目的探讨影响妇科癌症患者化疗间歇期生活质量的因素,为进一步完善系统护理干预措施提供依据。方法随机选取35名研究对象,入组后通过访谈的方式进行回顾性调查。研究工具包括中国癌症化疗患者生活质量量表(QLQ-CCC)、自行设计的相关因素调查问卷、Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)、Beck抑郁问卷(BDI)、社会支持评定量表、医学应对问卷(MCMQ)。结果患者的年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、疾病病程、焦虑抑郁状况、社会支持状况、应对方式,均对其生活质量有不同程度的影响。结论为提高妇科癌症患者化疗间歇期的生活质量,临床和社区护理人员应该提供系统的、有计划的、持续的护理援助。Objective To study the factors which have related the qulity of life among patients with gynecological cancer during the period of diapause. Methods 35 patients with gynecological cancer during the period of diapause were selected and interviewed. The Quality of life qucstionnair for Chinese cancer patienits receiving chemotherapy, self- designed questionnaire, Self - Rating Anxiety Scale, Beck, Depression Inventory, Social Support Questionaire were used in this intestigation. Results The factors which have related the qulity of life of patients with gynecological cancer during the period of diapause were age, education background, marriage condiion, disease condition, depression and support from others. Conclusion Systemic and continuous nursing cares should be supported to patients with gynecological cancer during the period of diapausc, which can effective improve their quality of life.
