摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻咽癌生物治疗途径与疗效的关系。方法:两组鼻咽癌患者分别进行IL-2局部和全身免疫治疗,用免疫组化方法检测T细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞的表达及胶原纤维数量的变化。结果:两组中T细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞及胶原纤维数量有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:鼻咽癌生物治疗以局部应用为主。Objective： To investigate the relation between methods on biotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma and their curative effect. Methods： The patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma in boty groups were treated with local IL - 2 and systemic IL-2. The expression of T cells and eosinophill and the change in numbers of collagen fiber were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results：There was significant difference in the expression of T cells and eosinophill and the number of collagen fiber between two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： The local biotherapy is the key in treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
