摘 要:直接截获情况下电流分配系数的理论计算公式不够精确,难以用于器件的设计计算,必须进行修正。研究指出,公式中的截流有效面积应根据电极实际面积来确定,而电压则应取阳、栅极中央的实际电压,由此得出修正式,计算结果与实测值基本相符。伏安特性饱和区的电流分配具有返转性质,故直接截获区与返转区的分界点不一定是理论上的阳压与栅压比等于1,需视具体情况而定;栅极宽度应尽量缩小,尤其不宜设置左右边框。n case of direct capture,the theoretical calculated formula is not accurate enoughso that it must be improved for engineering applications. The article indicates that the effective areaof cut-off current of the formula should be determined by the real area of electrode,and the realvoltage in the center of anode and grid should be taken as the voj+age of the formula. With thismodification,the calculated value will agree with the experimental results. In addition,the distribution of current in the saturated region of volt-ampere has the property of return,so on theory theboundary point of the direct capture region and the return region is uncertain whether the ratio ofanode and grid voltage is equal to l,it must be determined by concrete conditions;the width of gridshould be reduced,particularly,setting the left and right frame is not good.
