摘　　要：WTO规则有一些基本原则,包括非歧视原则、透明度原则、自由贸易原则、公平竞争原则和权利与义务平衡原则等。虽然我国已经加入WTO,但是我国的许多信息政策和WTO还有一定的差距。本文通过对信息技术制造业、服务业和知识产权三个方面信息政策的对比,指出了我国信息政策和WTO规则之间的差异。WTO rules are comprised by Non-Discrimination principle, Transparency principle, Free Trade principle, Fair Competition principle and the Balance of Right and Obligation principle. Although China has been a member of WTO, there are some differences between Chinese information policies and WTO rules. This thesis is aimed to find the differences through comparing the information policies relate to information manufacture industry, service industry and intelligence property.
