脂糖舒对糖尿病大鼠免疫学指标的影响

摘  要:目的探讨脂糖舒(ZTS)对糖尿病(DM)大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法用链脲霉素(STZ)腹腔注射制备DM大鼠模型,分别用0.5、1.0 g/kg ZTS和156.25 m g/kg二甲双胍(MHT)灌胃8周,并与健康大鼠进行对照(正常组)。测定各组血清葡萄糖(G lu)、白介素2(IL-2)、溶血素(E ry)和脾细胞悬液抗体(SSA)水平。结果模型组IL-2、E ry和SSA水平较正常组显著降低,G lu显著升高(P<0.01);ZTS-Ⅱ组IL-2、E ry和SSA水平较模型组显著升高,G lu显著降低(P<0.01);ZTS-Ⅱ组IL-2、E ry和SSA水平与ZTS-Ⅰ组和MHT组比较无显著统计学差异(P>0.05),但G lu显著低于ZTS-Ⅰ组和MHT组(P<0.01,<0.05)。结论大剂量ZTS在有效降低DM大鼠血糖的同时,具有明显增强其免疫功能的作用。[Objective] To observe the effect of Zhitangshu on immunological function of diabetic rats. [Methods] The diabetic rat model was established by abdominal injection of streptozotocin. Metformin hydrochloride tablets(MHT,156. 25 mg/kg) and Zhitangshu(ZTS,0. 5 g/kg and 1.0 g/kg) were respectively perfused into rats stomaches for 8 weeks, and healthy rats were used as normal control. The level of antibody in slurry of splenocytes (SSA), erythrolysin (Ery), contents of glucose (Glu) and interleukin-2 (IL-2) in serum were detected. [Results] ① The level of SSA, Ery and IL-2 in diabetic model (DM) group were lower than those in normal control group (P〈0.01), but Glu was higher than that in normal control group (P〈0.01). (g) The level of SSA, Ery and IL-2 in ZTS -Ⅰ group were higher than those in DM group (P%0. 01); but Glu was lower than that in DM control group (P〈0.01).② There were no significant difference(P〉0.05)about the level of SSA, Ery and IL-2 among ZTS-Ⅱ group, ZTS- Ⅰ group and MHT group, but Glu of ZTS- Ⅱ was significantly lower than that in ZTS- Ⅰ group (P〈0. 01)and in MHT group (P%0. 05). [Conclusion] High dosage of ZTS has obvious effect of decreasing blood glucose and enhancing immunological function of diabetic rats.
