PCOS患者血浆抵抗素与胰岛素抵抗的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨血浆抵抗素水平与多囊卵巢综合征(PCO S)患者胰岛素抵抗(IR)的关系。方法对35例PCO S患者及40例健康者(对照组)采用EL ISA方法检测血浆抵抗素,放免法检测促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)及空腹胰岛素(F IN),氧化酶法检测空腹血糖(FPG),计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOM A-IR)。结果PCO S组血浆抵抗素、LH、LH/FSH、F IN、HOM A-IR显著高于对照组(P均<0.05);PCO S组血浆抵抗素与FPG、F IN、HOM A-IR、LH及LH/FSH呈显著正相关(P均<0.05)。结论抵抗素参与PCO S患者的IR发生过程,可作为一种新的敏感指标评价PCO S患者的IR程度。[Objective] To investigate the relationship between plasma resistin and insulin resistance in polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS）. [Methods] The plasma resistin concentration of 35 PCOS patients and 40 normal controls were measured by ELISA. LH, LH/FSH, fasting insulin and glucose were analyzed by radioimmunoassay or oxidase test,and HOMA-IR was calculated. [Results] ① The levels of plasma resistin, LH,LH/FSH, FIN level of serum and HOMA-IR in patients with PCOS were significantly higher than those in control group （P〈0.05） ;② Plasma resistin correlated positively with HOMA-IR,LH and LH/FSH （respectively r=0. 56,0. 60,0.65,0.48,0.42,P〈0.05）. [Conclusions] Plasma resistin takes part in the etiological factor of insulin resistance and related intimately to PCOS. Resistin may be used as a new sensitive indicator to evaluate the degree of insulin resistance in PCOS.
