摘 要:采用荧光偏振术测定生物膜流动性的变化,用生化自动化分析仪测定了红细胞内、外乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性变化,从而研究甲基汞对生物膜流动性及通透性的影响,并探讨机理。结果表明,甲基汞引起小鼠各脏器生物膜的荧光偏振度增高;血浆中 LDH 活性增高,而红细胞内 LDH 活性降低;膜上的巯基(SH)和巯基酶活性有改变。可见,甲基汞可引起膜流动性降低,通透性增高,这可能与甲基汞亲巯基的特性有关。To study the effect of methylmercury (MeHg)on membrane fluidity and permeability,fluidity of membrane was measured by the change of fluoroscence polarization technology and LDH activities of erythrocyte was measured by biochemical atomatic analyse instrument.The results showed that MeHg could induce the increase of the fluoroscence polarization of membrane in various organs in mice and the LDH activity in serm,and the decrease of the LDH activity in erythrocyte.It also induced the change of sulfydryl and sulfudryl enzyme activity on membrane.It indicated that MeHg could decrease the fluidity of membrane and increase the permeability of membrane.It is probably related to the speciality of MeHg easily affecting sulfydryl.
