摘　　要：介绍了化妆用脱脂棉纤维揩粉饼的前道工序工艺设计,针对该产品的特性及用途,设计了特定的工艺参数,改造了部分棉纺设备结构,扩展了部分棉纺设备的使用功能,生产出符合质量要求的化妆用脱脂棉纤维揩粉饼,出口获得了较高的经济效益。The technological design of the cosmetic absorbent cotton product is introduced in this paper. Considering the properties and final-use of the product, we set the specific technology parameters and reformedsome cotton spinning equipments, the usage capacity of these equipments is extended. The final product can meet the quality requirment and made high profit when it is exported abroad.
