水性聚氨酯-有机硅共混水分散体系的性能

摘　　要：采用2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚丙二醇(PPG)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)等合成了阴离子水性聚氨酯乳液,然后对羟基硅油乳液共混改性,研究了共混乳液的稳定性及在织物整理剂方面的应用。结果表明,共混乳液的离心稳定性、耐碱性好;当阴离子水性聚氨酯预聚体、去离子水和羟基硅油乳液的质量比为1:3:10时,共混乳液整理的织物柔软回弹、柔软滑爽,并有较好的抗静电、抗起毛起球性能。A kind of anionic water- based polyurethane emulsion was prepared with 2,4 -toluene diisocyanate（TDI）, polypropylene glycol（PPG） and dimethylol propianic acid （ DMPA）, then it was blended with hydroxy - terminated silicone emulsion. The stabilities of the blended emulsion were investigated and application as fabric finishing agent was studied. The results show that the blended emulsion has good centrifugal stability and alkali resistance; When the mass ratio of polyurethane prepolymer to deionized water and hydroxy -terminated silicone emulsion is 1：3：10, the fabric finished with the blended emulsion has softness, smoothness, elasticity, and the fabric has better antistatic, anti -napping and anti -bailing -up properties.
