摘　　要：当前,全球巨型银行并购已经达到了空前规模,但中国银行业并购尚处于起步阶段。以股份制商业银行为核心的中国银行业并购行为已经开始,并已经呈现明显的加速态势。然而,从我国市场环境来看,要加快商业银行并购的步伐,为商业银行并购创造有利条件,我国商业银行并购机制还需要进一步完善。The mergence of giant - bank in the current world has come to an unprecedented scale, but Chinese banking mergence are still in the early stage. Now the Chinese banking has stared to merge which mostly took place in the Joint -Stock Commercial Banks, and they are already in the situation of accelerating. However, seen from the market environment of our country, in order to accelerate the step of the mergence of the Chinese banking and create beneficial conditions of them, we have to consummate the mechanism of the Chinese banking mergence.
