摘　　要：蛋白质组学是系统生物学的一个分支,与中医的整体性和系统性具有深刻的内在联系。蛋白质组学可以高通量地在整体水平上研究证实质的物质基础和中药的抗病分子机制,为中医治疗和中药新药开发提供科学的实验依据。目前蛋白质组学已经成为中医疾病和药物抗病分子机制研究和免疫机制实验研究的新工具,并取得了可喜的成果。蛋白质组学在中医学研究中的不断深入将为系统医学在中医药研究的应用铺平道路。Proteomics is abranch of systematic biology. It and Chinese traditional medicine share similar profile in integration and system. Therefore,proteomic methodologies could be applied for the study of the material basis of TCM syndrome essence and the anti-disease mechanism of Chinese traditional medicine by high-throughput approach for the experimental evidences to clinic therapy and novel drug designing. Recently,proteomics has been becoming a new tool for an understanding of disease＇s molecular mechanism,drug efficiency and immunity related to Chinese traditional medicine, The progress of proteomics will pave the way for the application of system medicine in Chinese traditional medicine.
