脑外科患者术后的D-二聚体检测分析

摘　　要：目的：通过对脑外科患者术后进行D-二聚体的检测，探讨D-二聚体在脑外科疾病术后血栓栓塞中的价值。方法：对2003-2005年本院收治的107例脑外科术后患者的D-二聚体结果的回顾，并以50例健康对照，对其进行统计学处理。结果：高中低值结果均与正常人群有显著性差异。结论：D-二聚体阳性对脑外科术后并发血栓性疾病具有临床价值。建议对手术病人进行全程D-二聚体监测，D-二聚体检测应纳入常规检查手段。Objective： To investigate the value of D-dimer assay for predicting thrombebolia in the patients after cerebral surgery operation. Methods： 107 blood samples of the patients after cerebral surgery operation were obtained for testing D-dimer assay. Then analyzed assay results statistically and also D-dimer assay of 50 health adults. Results： all results of the patients expressed significant difference with that of the health adults. Conclusion.. D-dimer assay is of high value for predicting occurrence of thrombebolia in cerebral surgery patients~ it is very useful to test D-dimer for patients through the whole treating process,the test of D-dimer should be a routine examination.
