摘　　要：对宁波市民营企业的体育设施、职工余暇体育活动开展情况和对体育文化需求等方面进行调研,并在民营企业职工余暇体育现状进行分析的基础上,进而提出宁波市民营企业职工余暇体育发展对策,为民营企业职工体育的健康发展提供有益的参考.This article addresses the concems about how to develop the sports culture in the private enterprises in Ningbo. Some investigations are carried out for the current situations regarding the enterprises＇ sports facilities, the sports＇ activities and the staffs requests for the sports culture. The survey is completed through looking up the documents, delivering questionnaires and talking with the employees.
