摘  要:以直接法合成甲基氯硅烷单体过程中所产生的有机硅高沸物为原料,研究了利用催化裂解歧化的方法,使之转化为有价值的甲基氯硅烷单体;比较了几种不同催化剂及载体的裂解歧化效果;考查了温度对裂解率和收率的影响.当反应温度约为633K,操作压力为0.1~0.2MPa,采用经酸处理的活性炭和γ-Al2O3作为催化剂组合成两段式催化反应,可获得76.4%的高沸物裂解率,同时单体的总收率为77.3%,二甲基二氯硅烷收率为40.4%.In the production of methylchlorosilane by the direct synthesis, there is a large amount of by-products such as high-boiling components to be produced. The conversion of these components to valuable methylehlorosilanes by catalytic decomposition was studied. The catalytic activities of different kinds of catalysts and supports were shown. The effect of temperature on the conversion of decomposition and yield were also examined. The optimum reaction condition was obtained as follows: the reaction pressure 0. 1-0. 2MPa, and the reaction temperature, 633K, adopting active carbon dealed with acid andγ-Al2O3 as catalysts. Under the optimum condition, the conversion of the high-boiling component reached 76. 4%, the total yield of methylehlorosilane was 77.3%, and the yield of dimethyldichlorosilane gots 40.4%.
