摘 要:利用TDI、PPG、DMPA和BDO采用丙酮回流法合成了水性聚氨酯,乳化能力较好,并以此为种子乳液,制得了复合乳液。用FTIR、TEM、激光粒度分析仪等手段对其进行了表征。结果显示,该复合溶液具有明显的核壳结构,且复合乳液的粒径分布比种子乳液稍宽,具有双峰结构;力学性能测试显示,复合物膜的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率与水性聚氨酯膜相近。The waterborne polyurethane emulsions were synthesized based on polypropylene glycol (PPG), tolu ene diisocyanates (TDI), dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA) and 1,4-butanediol (BDO) under acetone reflux. It shows that the optimized amount of DMPA added in the synthesis system is 4.4%-5% (Wt%). Using the polyurethane emulsion, the polyurethane-acrylic hybrid emulsions were prepared by the way of seeded polymerization technology. The core-shell morphology was clearly observed by transmission electron microscopy(TEM) in the case of hybrid emulsion, and the particle distribution of the hybrid emulsions exhibited a bimodal distribution. The hydrophobicity of hybrid polymer dried films was improved because of the presence of acrylic resin by contact angle measurement, and the tensile strength of waterborne polyurethane and its hybrid polymer dried films were 7.78MPa and 7.51MPa respectively.
