摘 要:提出了一种基于电压薄弱区域监视的非完全可观测的同步相量测量单元(PMU)配置方案。采用连续潮流法确定母线的鞍结分岔曲线;在负荷变化率相同的情况下,根据电压幅值变化量来确定电压薄弱母线;考虑低电压水平与电压崩溃的关系,提出将电压幅值变化率作为电压薄弱母线分群所观察的信息,并且给出了两种电压薄弱分群指标,兼顾地域因素,采用模糊最大树聚类法将电压薄弱母线分群;给出了母线非完全可观测程度的度量方法以及PMU的配置流程。最后通过IEEE118节点系统验证了文中方法的有效性。A practical phasor measurement unit(PMU) configuration scheme based on weak voltage area surveillance and incomplete observability is proposed. In this scheme saddle node bifurcation (SNB) curves are determined by continuous power flow (CPF) method and weak voltage buses are selected according to voltage magnitude variation under similar load variation rate. Considering the relation between low voltage level and voltage collapse, it is put forward that the voltage magnitude variation rate is taken as the observed information for the grouping of weak voltage buses and two indices of weak voltage grouping in both time-domain and frequency-domain are given; Taking geographic factors into consideration, a fuzzy maximal tree is established to group the weak voltage buses. The method to measure the incomplete observability of buses and the flow chart of PMU configuration are given. The effectiveness of the proposed scheme is verified by simulation results of IEEE 118-bus test system.
