摘 要:针对大型电机排间绝缘可能发生的绝缘老化或故障情况,分别采用了等效和实际处理的方法对其进行了分析。建立了定子径向通风沟内的二维流体场的物理模型和数学模型,采用有限体积法对其进行了求解,确定了各散热表面的散热系数;建立了定子三维温度场的物理模型和数学模型,采用有限元法计算了不同处理情况下的定子温度场,明确了定子排间绝缘对定子温度场的影响。The cases of aging and fault for row insulation of large scale machine take place often, the equivalent and practice method are used to dispose the row insulation respectively. The physical model and mathematical model of 2D fluid field inside radial ventilation ducts are established, and the fluid field is computed by finite volume method (FVM), and the heat transfer coefficients of all the surfaces are determined. The physical model and mathematical model of 3D stator temperature field are given, the stator temperature fields are calculated under the different conditions using finite element method (FEM), and the effect of row insulation on stator temperature is obtained.
