摘　　要：日前，中国纺织工业协会公布的《上半年纺织行业运行分析与展望》报告显示，上半年我国纺织品服装对欧盟和美国的出口出现大幅回落，尤其是设限产品出现负增长，上半年我国纺织品服装对欧盟出口增幅回落了45个百分点。Recently ,the report from China National Tex tile Council announced that the number exported to Europe and America would re duce greatly. In the early of a year, the rextile products to EU reduced by 45%, ten types of limited products reduced by 29.69%; the increased number exported to America reduced by 70%, 21 types of limited products reduced by 31.71% The limitation to China great reduce for export In the meanwhile, quota did system makes the low pass rate for exports and this is also the big reason At the same time the exports to other countries except for EU and America have increased greatly In the eady of half a year the export sum increased by 24.49%, the expert sum to non-limit areas increased by 34.18% and amplitude is 29%.
