外科感染对血中免疫球蛋白和补体C_3的影响

摘　　要：为观察血中免疫球蛋白(Ig)和补体C_3(C_3),在外科感染时变化的规律及其临床意义,对10只弥漫性腹膜炎实验动物模型和21例不同类型外科感染病人,进行血清Ig和C_3动态监测。结果显示:局限感染组病人血清Ig水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),C_3水平呈轻度增高(P>0.05);重症感染组病人和弥漫性腹膜炎实验动物血清Ig水平虽有增高,但处于低值(P>0.05),而血C_3水平却显著下降(P<0.05),与入院时对照7例治愈重症感染病人血Ig和C_3水平随着感染控制而恢复至高值。结果提示:血清Ig和C_3水平动态监测,可作为外科感染病人病情和预后临床判断指标。To approach the change of serum Ig and C_3 level and their clinic significance. We determined the serum Ig and C_3 level in 10 rabbits with diffuse peritonitis and 21 patients with diferent surgical infections. The result show: the serum Ig level in localized infection group patient was higher than that of control group (P<0.05), but serum C_3 level was not statistic significance between the groups (P>0.05); In severe infection with infective shock group patient and animal group with diffuse peritonitis group, the serum Ig level raised but the diference was not statistic significance (P>0.05), however, the serum C_3 level decreased markedly (P<0.05), In 7 patients with severe infection, their serum Ig and C_3 level recovered normal as their infections were controlled.
