摘　　要：本文报道了含酚酞侧基聚芳醚酮中空纤维膜用于含油脱脂液的处理。结果表明：此超滤膜能有效地去除脱脂液中油份使之低于１．０ｍｇ／Ｌ，膜的透水率比较大，约为５×１０－４ｍ３／ｍ２·ｋＰａ。有可能应用于金属表面涂装行业而实现脱脂液处理的闭路循环。另外。The treatment of degreasing solution containing oil with polyetherdetone cardo group(PEK-C) hollow fiber membrane was reported. The results showed that oil can be removed by the method of ultrafiltration with this hollow fiber membrane. The oil concentration in permeant was less than 1.0mg/L. The flux of degreasing solution for this hollow fiber membrane was about 5×10 -4 m 3/m 2·h·kPa. The UF properties could be recovered by chemical washing method. In addition, the effect of operating factors on UF performance was also reported.
