摘　　要：利用折光率快速测定纺丝油剂浓度。试验结果表明:折光率与油剂浓度呈线性关系,相对误差小于2%,回收率为99%,测定结果与重量法一致。本法简单、快速、准确度高,可作为油剂溶液调制实时在线监控的手段。A refraction analysis method is used to determine spinning oil concentration. The experimental results show that the refractive index and oil concentration have linear relation, the relative standard devaitation of measurement is not more than 2% and the recovery rate is 99%. The testing results are consistant with weight method. The method is simple,rapid and has high accuracy which may provide a way to online control process of production when determining oil concentration.
