摘 要:针对瑞士布勒公司BM式干燥系统干燥风露点偏高、露点不稳定及易受大气气候干扰而影响涤纶切片干燥效果的不足,对其热风系统进行改造。改造后干燥风露点由-(4~15)℃降至-(40~65)℃,干切片特性粘度及粘度降均有所改善.干燥系统运行的稳定性和安全性大大提高.而运行能耗则明显降低,经济效益显著。The BM drying system, made in switzerland Buhler, creates higher, unstable and easily interfered dew point dry air, which affects polyester pellet's dry effect. In this paper, the hot wind system is innovated. Thedry air dew point is falling from - (4 -15)℃ to - (40 -65)℃ , the dry pellet's intrinsic viscosity and viscosity coefficient have been improved, the drying system's working stability and security have been ad- vanced greatly, the running energy consumption has been decreased evidently and the economic efficiency has been improved.
