摘　　要：阐述了人工挖孔灌注桩在安徽心脑血管医院工程施工中出现的问题和处理措施,并对产生该问题的原因进行了分析,同时也介绍了人工挖孔灌注桩的施工组织方法和工艺流程,供类似工程参考。This article describes the problems existing during construction of the manual excavating pile hole in the project of Anhui brain blood vessel disease hospital and some corresponding measurements, and analyses the causes .for theses problems, it also introduces some construction management methods and construction technology,providing similar engineering reference.
