GA－50医用器械消毒液对口腔门诊常用器械的消毒效果观察

摘　　要：用ＧＡ－５０医用器械消毒液浸泡口腔门诊常用医疗器械，并对其杀菌效果和乙型肝炎表面抗原ＨＢｓＡｇ破坏试验进行了观察。结果表明：该消毒液作用５～１０ｍｉｎ，对全黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率达９９．９％；作用２～３ｈ对枯草芽胞杆菌的杀灭率达９９．９％；作用１０～３０ｍｉｎ，对ＨＢｓＡｇ抗原有破坏作用。该消毒液连续使用３周，仍能达到消毒合格的要求。The observation showed that the killing ratios of GA-50 medical apparatus liquid disinfectant for oral instruments were 99.9% for Staphylococeus aureus and Bacillus subtilis when contacted for 5～10 minutes and 2～2 hours respectively. The solution of GA-50 could destroy HRsAg after contacting for 10～30 minutes. The solution of GA-50 used for oral instruments for three weeks in succession still reached requirement for disinfection.
