病原性铜绿假单胞菌超微结构

摘　　要：本文用扫描电镜和透射电镜对７０株患者痰中分离的铜绿假单胞菌临界点干燥、超薄切片和负染标本进行了超微结构观察。发现菌细胞一端只有单一鞭毛，长约５３０ｎｍ，呈中空管状；有４７／７０的菌细胞壁外层可见一厚度为２３ｎｍ的粘多糖包绕；５８／７０的菌细胞壁上有菌毛；此外，尚可见到菌细胞表面带有直径为７ｎｍ左右的外分泌颗粒。In this artical the critical point-dyring, negative staining and ultrathin section samples taken from 70 strains of pseudomonas aeruginosa were observed by the scanning electronic microscope and the penetrating electronic microscope. The bacteria are isolated from the sputum of patients with the Pulmonary infections. The result identified that there is only one flagellum existing at an extremity of the bacteria. The flagellum is about 530 nm long, with a tubular center. About 47/70 of the bacteria's outside were surrounded by a 23 nm thick of mucoid polysaccharide,and 58/70 of the bacteria exist the pili on the cell wall. Otherwise, some outer secretory granule 7 nm in diameter were seen on the cell surface.
