紫金胶囊对细菌性前列腺炎模型大鼠炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨紫金胶囊对前列腺炎的治疗作用机理。方法采用大肠杆菌前列腺注射的方法制成细菌性前列腺炎大鼠模型,姜给予紫金胶囊治疗后,观察大鼠血清中肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素2(IL-2)、白介素8(IL-8)、白介素10(IL-10)以及前列腺组织中TNF-α、IL-8mRNA表达的变化。结果紫金胶囊能显著降低大鼠血清中IL-8、TNF-α水平以及前列腺中IL-8、TNF-αmRNA的表达,增高血清IL-2、IL-10水平。结论紫金胶囊对细菌性前列腺炎大鼠异常的免疫功能有调节作用,参与免疫调节是紫金胶囊治疗细菌性前列腺炎作用机理之一。Objective To observe the mechanism of Zijin capsule on treating prostatitis. Methods Bacillary prostatitis rat model was made by injecting E.coil into prostate. The changes of serum TNF-a, IL-2, IL-8, IL-10 and mRNA expression of IL-8 and TNF-α in rat prostate were observed. Results Zijin capsule could reduce the serum TNF-a, IL-8 and prostate TNF-α, IL-8 mRNA expression in rat, increase the level of IL-2 and IL- 10. Conclusion Zijin capsule could regulate the immune function of bacillary prostafitis rat model. Participation of immune regulation may be one of the treating mechanisms.
