摘　　要：临终关怀是以因各类疾病或其他原因而进入人生旅途最后一站的人为服务对象。本文中介绍了我国临终关怀的现状,开展临终关怀的紧迫性,以及对临终病人的护理干预策略:缓解临终患者的生理痛苦;加强心理护理;开展死亡教育;重视社会支持系统;护士与家属共同配合,让临终患者舒适、尊严、安详地自然死亡。The deathbed care is by because each kind of disease or other originally thus enter the life journey last station the artificial service object. In this article introduced our country the deathbed care present situation, the development the deathbed care urgency, as well as nurses the intervention strategy to just before the end the patient ： Alleviates just before the end patient＇s physiological pain ; Strengthens the psychology to nurse ; Development death education; Value society support program; The nurse and the family member Coordinates, to let the patient together be just before the end comfortable, the dignity, serenely the natural death.
