西方大都市区的管理模式及其对我国的启示

摘　　要：大都市区是城市化发展到较高级阶段的产物,也是国际上进行城市统计和研究的基本地域单元,并代表了当代城市化的主导趋势。大都市区的发展在西方国家已有近百年的历史,对大都市区的管理也形成了较完整的体制和模式。文章分析和探讨了西方国家大都市区的几种不同管理模式,并结合我国城市发展实际,提出了若干促进大都市区发展的建议。Metropolitan area is a special urban spatial form at higher urbanization stage, basic spatial unit for international urban statistics and urban researches, and the leading trend of contemporary urbanization. Metropolitan area has developed for about a century in Western countries and its integrated management model has formed. This paper analyses and probes various management model of Metropolitan area in Western countries. Then according to Chinese urban development the authors put forward some countermeasures to further Metropolitan areas development in china.
