摘 要:目的通过观察针刺对单纯性肥胖大鼠脂肪代谢的影响,探讨针刺减肥机理,为临床应用针刺减肥提供理论和实验依据。方法采用自制高脂饲料制备单纯性肥胖大鼠模型,观察大鼠体重、体长、Lee′s指数以及血脂的变化。结果肥胖组大鼠体重、体长、Lee′s指数较正常组明显增加(P<0.01),针刺组大鼠体重、Lee′s指数较肥胖组明显下降(P<0.01),体长无显著变化(P>0.05);肥胖组大鼠血清甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)及极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)含量均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),而针刺组大鼠血清TG、TC及VLDL-ch水平较肥胖组均显著下降(P<0.01),肥胖组大鼠血清HDL-ch水平均显著低于正常组(P<0.01),针刺组大鼠血清高密度脂蛋白(HDL-ch)较肥胖组显著增高(P<0.01),且接近正常组水平。结论针刺可通过减少能量摄入、增加脂肪动员,从而使更多的脂质用于供能产热而达到减肥效果。Objective To investigation the effect of acupuncture on lipid metaDolism in simple obese rat, and probe the mechanism of acupuncture in weight reduction and providing evidence for practice of acupuncture in clinic, Methods The simple obese rats was prepared by self- prescribed high calorie diet, The change of body weight , length , Lee's index and blood lipid were measured. Results Compared with the contral , the body weight, body length and Lee's index of simple obese rat increased obviously( P〈 0. O1 ), and the body weight, Lee's index of simple obese rat with acupuncture decreased obviously( P 〈 0.01), while the body length changed unremarkable; the level of TG, TC and VIDE- ch of simple obese rat increascd ohviously(P〈0.01 ), the level of TG,TC and VLDL-ch of simple obese rat with acupuncture decreased obviously(P 〈 0.01 ), and the level of HDL- ch of simple obese rat decreased obviously(P〈0.01 ), the level of HDL- ch of simple obese rat with acupuncture increased obviously(P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Acupuncture may decrease decomposition of lipid through the lose of energy intaking and by more lipid produce energy in order to attain weight - reduction.
