摘 要:目的观察自主组合创编的有氧健身操锻炼对中年女性健身调节及改善状况。方法观察组32例采用自主组合创编的有氧健身操锻炼,对照组未进行系统锻炼,对两组体重指数、肺活量、心率等指标进行比较。结果观察组安静时心率明显低于对照组,最高心率及心率储备、血压两组间有显著性差异(P<0.01);观察组锻炼后肺活量明显提高,腰围及腰围之比、体重指数(BMI)均有所下降,两组间也有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论有氧锻炼对心、肺功能有良性调节作用,能有效降低血压和体重指数,减少亚健康发生。Objective To observe the regulative and improving efeects of aerobic body building exercise on middle - aged women by self-devised body building exercise. Methods The aerobic body building exercise was performed in 33 middle - aged women by self- devised body building exercise as observing group, 32 middle - aged women diden' t exercise with this body building exercise. The changes of the heart rate(HR), body mass index(BMI) and vital capacity(VC) pre- and post - exercises were determined and compared in two groups. Results The HR of resting statein in observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group(P〈 0.01 ), and remarkable difference in the highest HR, BMI and the ratio of waistline and hip circumference after exercise in observation group were significantly lower than that in control group. (P〈 0.05 and P〈 0. 01, respectively). Conclusion The aerobic body building exercise has an beneficial regulating effect on heart and lung function, it can decrease the blood pressure and BMI, and reduce development of the sub- healyh.
