几种口服药减少静脉用阿奇霉素副作用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察维生素B6、思密达和山莨菪碱防治静脉用阿奇霉素副作用的临床效果。方法120例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿随机分为4组,I组:单纯静滴阿奇霉素,II组:阿奇霉素和维生素B6联合应用,III组:阿奇霉素和思密达联合应用,IV组:阿奇霉素和山莨菪碱联合应用。口服药物均于阿奇霉素静滴前30 min温水冲服,4组疗程均为5 d。结果维生素B6对阿奇霉素引起的恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻等不良反应无明显影响(P>0.05);思密达和山莨菪碱均能明显降低患儿恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻的发生率(P<0.05,P<0.01);山莨菪碱减轻患儿恶心、呕吐、腹痛症状效果优于思密达(P<0.05,P<0.01),而思密达改善腹泻症状效果优于山莨菪碱(P<0.01)。结论思密达和山莨菪碱均能明显减轻阿奇霉素的副作用。Objective To observe clinical effects of Vitamin B6, Dioctahedral smectite and Anisodarnine for prevention of side effects induced by intravenous Azithromycin. Methods One hundred and twenty children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were randomly divided into 4 groups： group A was administered intravenously with Azithromycin; group B was performed with combination of Azithromycin and Vitamin B6; group C was conducted with combination of Azithromycin and Dioctahedral smectite and group D was performed with combination of Azithromycin and Anisodamine. Oral drug was taken after mixing with warm water 30 minutes before intravenous application of Azithromycin and course of treatment was 5 days. Resuits There were no obvious effects of Vitamin B6 for side effects including nausea, vomiting, stomachache and diarrhea induced by Azithromycin （P 〉0.05）; Dioctahedral smectite and Anisodamine could all decrease incidence of nausea, vomiting, stomachache and diarrhea in patients（ P〈 0.05, P〈0.01） ; It was better of Anisodamine in decreasing nausea, vomiting and stomachache than Dioctahedral smectite（ P〈 0.05, P〈 0.01 ） and Dioctahedral smectite was better in improving diarrhea than Anisodamine（P〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Dioctahedral smectite and Anisodamine can all obviously lessen side effects induced by intravenous Azithromycin.
