摘　　要：资源问题是当今世界十分突出的问题,节约资源的问题已经引起了全世界的广泛重视,故坚持科学发展观,走资源节约型交通发展之路已经成为今后一段时间内我国交通工作的重点。The resource problem has been a very outstanding issue in our word today. The problem of resource saving has aroused the widely attention in word-wide. So insisting on the scientific development concept and taking the resource saving communication development way has become the key in our nation＇ s communication works from now on.
