4种植物精油对赤拟谷盗的控制作用研究

摘　　要：采用索氏提取法,以乙醚为提取溶剂提取大蒜、辣椒粉、柑桔皮、臭椿树皮的植物精油,研究其对赤拟谷盗的控制作用。结果表明:臭椿树皮、辣椒粉、大蒜3种植物精油对赤拟谷盗的成虫均有较强的驱避作用,柑桔皮精油对赤拟谷盗成虫具有一定的引诱作用;4种植物精油对赤拟谷盗成虫的触杀作用较弱;4种植物精油对赤拟谷盗当代种群均有一定的抑制作用,其作用大小顺序依次为柑桔皮精油>大蒜精油>臭椿树皮精油>辣椒粉精油;4种精油对赤拟谷盗成虫无明显的熏蒸作用,而对赤拟谷盗幼虫均有显著的熏蒸效果。Essential oils were extracted by Soxhlet extractions with anhydrous diethyl ether from Allium sativum L. , Capsicum frutescens , Citrus suavissima Tanaka and Ailanthus altissima , and their repellent activities against Tribolium castaneum were investigated in this paper. The results showed that essential oils from A . Sativum , C. frutescens and A, altissima significantly repelled T. castaneum adults, essential oils from C. suavissima could markedly attract T. castaneum adults. All of the four kinds of essential oils couldn＇ t effective could inhibit T. castaneum population, and the y kill T. castaneum adults nhibition ability order was by contact; however they C. suavissima extract 〉 A. sativum extract 〉 A. altissima extract 〉 C. frutescens extract. All of the four kinds of essential oils could effectively fumigate T. castaneum larvae, but they couldn＇ t fumigate T. castaneurn adults.
