摘  要:采用ASBBR反应器作为高盐(10 gC l-/L)、高有机物浓度(COD为4 000 mg/L)榨菜废水的厌氧处理单元,考察了挂膜密度、负荷、水温等对去除COD的影响。结果表明:当水温为30℃、挂膜密度为50%时,分别在0.22 kgCOD/(m3.d)和4 kgCOD/(m3.d)的负荷下运行,相应的出水COD为95 mg/L和1 520 mg/L,分别满足直接排放和后续脱氮工艺对碳源的要求。当水温为10℃时,反应器对COD的去除率较30℃的下降了32%,将挂膜密度提高到70%可使COD去除率增加约4.5%;此外,向废水中投加0.1 mmol/L的甜菜碱,可提高COD去除率约9.5%。Anaerobic sequencing batch biofilm reactor (ASBBR) , an innovative anaerobic treatment teehnique, was used to treat eomposite mustard tuber wastewater with high eoneentration organie substances (COD 4 000 mg/L), high salt ( 10 gCl^- /L) and high nitrogen. The results in various operational conditions are as follows : ① When the water temperature is 30 ℃ and the biofilm density of the reactor is 50%, the reactor operates with loading rates of 0.22 kgCOD/(m^3 · d) and 4 kgCOD/(m^3 · d) respectively, and the effluent COD is 95 mg/L and 1 520 mg/L respectively, satisfying the demand of direct discharge and denitrification. ② When the water temperature is 10 ℃, the COD removal rate can deerease by 32% , thus increasing the biofilm density to 70% , it ean also inerease COD removal rate by 4.5% ; furthermore, when 0.1 mmol/L of betaine is added into the wastewater, the COD removal rate ean inerease by 9.5%.
