Enrichment of Granular Sludge for Simultaneous Nitrification,Denitrification and Phosphorus Removal in Anaerobic-Aerobic SBR

摘  要:以聚糖菌颗粒污泥为接种污泥,在厌氧/好氧SBR中成功富集了具有同步硝化反硝化除磷效果的颗粒污泥。结果表明,培养过程中,污泥总磷含量、厌氧释磷量及磷酸盐去除率的提高表明反应器中聚磷菌逐渐替代聚糖菌成为优势菌种;培养末期颗粒污泥的粒径为6001 000μm,SVI为48 mL/g,有机物主要在厌氧阶段被去除并以胞内聚合物(PHB)的形式储存,厌氧阶段对TOC的去除率为87%,对TOC的总去除率为90%,对磷酸盐的去除率为95.6%;氮的去除是在好氧条件下经同步硝化反硝化完成的,且PHB为主要的反硝化碳源,对氨氮的去除率为99.3%,对总氮的去除率为85.5%。By seeding glycogen accumulating organisms (GAOs) granular sludge, granular sludge capable of simultaneous nitrification, denitrification and phosphorus removal was successfully cultivated in an anaerobic -aerobic sequencing batch reactor. During the enrichment process, the increase in the phosphorus content of granular sludge, the amount of anaerobic phosphorus released and the phosphorus removal rate indicates that dominant organisms in the granular sludge gradually change from GAOs to phosphorus accumulating organisms (PAOs). Cultivated granular sludge is 600 - 1 000 Ixm in diameter, and 48 mL/g in SVI. Organic substances are mostly absorbed and stored as intracellular polymer PHB during the anaerobic period. The anaerobic TOC and total TOC removal rates are 87% and 90% respectively, and the phosphorus removal rate is 95.6%. Moreover, nitrogen is removed via simultaneous nitrification and denitrification during successive aerobic periods. Intracellular storage polymer PHB is used as the carbon source for denitrification. The removal rates of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen are 99.3% and 85.5% respectively.
