摘　　要：对于住宅给排水设计中常见的问题，结合工程实际设计经验同国家规范要求，提出了具体的解决办法，并介绍了设计中的一些技巧及注意事项，以方便住户的日常使用及维护。In view of problems encountered in water supply and drainage design of residence, combined with practical work, design experiences and requirements of present national codes practical resolving measures are proposed; at the same time some skills and points for attention are introduced in order to provide convenience for daily use and maintenance of residents.
